• A wandering mind is an unhappy mind. The most overlooked aspect of good health is Mindfulness. A 2010 Harvard Study found that we spend half our waking hours not focussed on the present. There are many ways and techniques to incorporate mindfulness, while eating food, working or even resting. Getting sarted is not easy and needs expert guidance.
